Arriving at Hobsons Bay Yacht Club

Please notify the club on when you intend of arriving at the club. Marina berths are limited so some rafting up will be required. Locations will depend on wind directions but Ferguson Street Pier has plenty of space as well as the shorter ‘concrete’ jetty next to the hardstand.

You will need to provide your own mooring lines and fenders (bring extra if possible). There will be shore power and water available.

Yacht weighing

Yacht weighing will be conducted for those who want to check and update their yachts weight. This will be done on Thursday afternoon. Please advise if you want to do this and what time best suits. So far, the following yachts have expressed interest – Outlaw, Moonraker, Espresso, Mood Indigo and Imaginer

Marina and Club access

Access in and out of the Northern Arm marina and Club will be via a fob key and there will be one per boat. Electronic fobs can be obtained from the HBYC office.

Car Parking

There is plenty of free unrestricted car parking available to the north of the club along The Strand.

  • Crowded House – 48 Ferguson St
  • Carter Smith Devlin – 215 Nelson Place
